Last week we were invited to take part in Forbes Next Big Thing 2.0, an outstanding festival focused on future technologies. The first day of this two-day event was dedicated to workshops, where you could visit several Czech companies and take a look under the lid of their innovations. The second day was devoted to a conference where the trendiest technologies and their impact on our lives were discussed, and the next big thing was sought.
The conference hosted extraordinary experts from all tech areas, and some truly interesting topics were discussed. Stephen Attenborough from Virgin Galactic spoke about how they are developing commercial spacecraft that will take tourists to outer space. Kaave Pour explained why Ikea is working on an innovation lab that helps to create innovative and responsible business models that enable a more meaningful and sustainable life for millions of people around the globe. Michal Illich introduced Zuri, a project which is trying to develop an autonomous electric plane with vertical take-off and landing that could take us to the seaside one day. And these are only a few examples from all the amazing innovations that were presented.

Our CEO, Martin Baroš, was asked to join the panel discussion on the topic of cybersecurity and hacking. We live in a digital era, and the way data is created, stored and shared has transformed dramatically over the past years. We have slowly transitioned from paper to cloud and live in a world where most information is created and stored digitally, thus exposing everyone to the potential risk of cyber threats.
We at Cryptelo believe that maintaining security is essential to your everyday life whether it is regarding your client's sensitive data or your intellectual property and that what is yours should stay yours. No matter how big your company is, you should have an accessible tool for great security.
It seems like we have a lot to look forward to in the future.
